Finance and Donations
Funding for the Society comes from charitable sources such as legacies and donations.
Needless to say we are a charity and as such we rely on donations for a large part of our work. We are always grateful for any donations as we have to pay for building upkeep, lighting and heating as well as the cost of staff, running the clubs and transport.

Legacies
Talking about money, we heard of one family of a Member who has sadly died who believed they were giving us some money from the estate but had actually passed it on to RNIB. Can I point out that we are entirely separate from RNIB – we are a small independent local charity. If you are kind enough to mention us in your will then please remember we are the Dundee Blind and Partially Sighted Society. Thank you
