Visual Awareness Training

We offer these sessions to anyone who is interested in raising their awareness of visual impairment and finding out more about the Society.

These are fun and informative sessions that gives the participants a chance to learn about visual impairment, learn how to be an effective guide to a visually impaired person, use various aids and it usually finishes with a walk under blindfold so they can practice their guiding skills.

We are happy to come along to community events etc to give talks on visual awareness.

We also offer competitive prices for businesses and organisations who would like their staff to benefit from visual awareness training. Training can be held in our premises or your own.
